Packaging Manufacturing & Printing Capabilities

A reliable packaging project requires more than an attractive box design. Print preparation, material decisions, converting processes, sample review and production communication all contribute to an acceptable finished package.

BOXELVIA is an independently operated B2B packaging brand based in Foshan, China. We coordinate custom packaging projects with Guangzhou Bohe as our independent manufacturing partner in Guangzhou. This relationship combines BOXELVIA's international commercial communication with production support from a separate manufacturing business.

Manufacturing Partner at a Glance

Our Guangzhou packaging partner has confirmed that its production operation covers approximately 3,000 m² and reports an annual production capacity of 15 million paper boxes. These figures describe the partner's reported production capability—not BOXELVIA-owned factory space or BOXELVIA sales volume. Capacity and scheduling for an individual order remain subject to confirmation.

The partner also reports using Heidelberg and Komori printing equipment within its production operations. Photos of machines, models and processes will be published only after asset review and authorization.

01 — Prepress & Artwork Preparation

Printing quality starts with suitable artwork and clearly defined print requirements. Important inputs may include dielines, panel layouts, print-ready files, font handling, barcode positions and target colors.

Where a project calls for precise color matching, confirm reference files, print specifications and how the final printed appearance will be accepted. A customer-approved physical proof can help clarify expectations before bulk production.

02 — Offset Printing & Print Quality

Offset printing is commonly used for paperboard packaging when clear graphic reproduction and production consistency matter. Our manufacturing partner has confirmed Heidelberg and Komori printing equipment. The specific press assigned to any project depends on technical suitability and factory scheduling.

A quotation should define print sides, artwork versions, ink/color requirements, substrate and any proofing or inspection expectations. Specialty effects, including UV or other print treatments, should be confirmed individually instead of being advertised as universally available.

03 — Surface Finishing & Decorative Effects

Packaging finish decisions may include lamination, foil stamping, embossing, debossing and other visual or tactile effects. Each option changes the appearance, cost and potentially the production sequence of a box.

For a consistent quotation, specify not only the name of the effect but also its exact location, coverage, material combination and visual reference. Final feasibility and sample outcome are verified by the production partner.

04 — Die Cutting, Folding & Box Assembly

Printed sheets must be accurately converted into the intended structure. Die cutting, creasing, folding, gluing and rigid-box assembly requirements differ by carton and presentation style.

A good manufacturing brief covers final internal and external dimensions, crease and fold locations, inserted product fit and intended packing method. Assembly and shipping configuration should be agreed before production whenever possible.

05 — Sampling & Quality Review

Sample approval is one of the most useful controls in custom packaging sourcing. Review dimensions, material, artwork alignment, printed appearance, structure, opening/closing behavior and product fit against agreed references.

For repeat orders, a documented reference sample and accepted tolerance criteria can reduce avoidable misunderstandings. Quality procedures and inspection scope should be included in the commercial agreement rather than assumed from promotional language.

Specific quality-management certifications and performance metrics can be discussed with buyers when the supporting documents are available.

06 — Our Production Partnership Model

BOXELVIA is operated by Foshan Boxelvia Package Printing Co., Limited at its Foshan business address. Our packaging production partner operates in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. They are distinct business roles and locations.

Our responsibility is to communicate the buyer's specification, coordinate project requirements and help define approval steps with the production partner. Individual sales, sample, quality and delivery terms are confirmed for each order.

07 — Plan a Packaging Project

To help us review a project efficiently, please prepare the packaging type, size, intended contents, order volume, print artwork, desired finishing, destination and reference images where available.
