Our Request a Quote form asks for your name, email address and privacy consent. Packaging requirements are optional. If you choose to contact us further, your messages may include company or country details, dimensions, quantities, artwork, delivery information or other project specifications. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry and avoid sending sensitive personal information or third-party confidential material that you are not authorized to share.
The current enquiry form does not offer artwork uploads. You may send appropriate reference files separately by email. Files sent by email become part of the relevant correspondence.
How we use enquiry information
We use the information to respond to enquiries, clarify specifications, prepare and discuss quotations, coordinate requested samples or projects, and maintain related business correspondence. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. A submission acknowledgement is not a quotation, order acceptance or guarantee of availability.
Submission storage and email services
Form submissions are stored in the website database so an enquiry can be recovered if a notification email fails. Notifications and acknowledgement emails are sent through our authenticated business email configuration. The website and business email use Hostinger services, and website administrators can access enquiry records for the purposes described above. Email delivery logs may contain recipient addresses, message content, status and timestamps; the current website email-log retention setting is 14 days. This log setting does not delete the underlying enquiry or business correspondence.

BOXELVIA manages your enquiry and project communication
BOXELVIA receives and manages customer enquiries, quotations and project communication. All customer cooperation and communication are coordinated through BOXELVIA. We do not transfer your enquiry records, contact details, artwork or confidential project information directly to our independent Guangzhou manufacturing partner. The partner does not receive access to website enquiry records. Submitting information or artwork does not authorize its use in public marketing.
Our website hosting, business email and other necessary technical service providers may process information to operate these services for BOXELVIA. This technical processing does not give the manufacturing partner access to customer enquiries. Please contact BOXELVIA before sending material requiring a separate confidentiality arrangement.
Information may also be retained or disclosed where needed to comply with applicable obligations, handle a dispute or protect the website against abuse. The company is based in China, and hosting or email service providers may process information in other locations according to their service arrangements.
How long information is kept
Enquiry entries currently remain in the website database until manually reviewed or deleted; automatic deletion of form entries is not configured. Correspondence and project records may be kept separately for ongoing enquiries, business records, disputes or applicable obligations. You can contact us to ask about a specific record or request deletion. Deleting an entry may not immediately remove copies in email systems, delivery logs or backups.
Requests about your information
Email sales@boxelvia.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of information associated with your enquiry, or to raise a privacy concern. We may ask for information needed to verify that a request relates to you. The response and any limits on deletion depend on the records involved and applicable requirements.
